Article 1. This is an exhibition open to academics, graduate students and professional artists. Our online exhibition with an international jury is open to artworks from all art disciplines.

Article 2. Each artist can apply with a maximum of 2 works.

Article 3. It is free to use all kinds of techniques and materials.

Article 4. Applications will be made online and should be sent to essasymposium@gmail.com along with the exhibition participation form, work information form and work images. Applications for pre-selection; It must be sent to essasymposium@gmail.com by July 5, 2024 at the latest. In the application e-mail; The exhibition participant information form, the work information form, and 1 photograph (in jpeg format) of the works taken with a resolution of at least 300 dpi and on a single color background (black-white-grey) must be sent.

Article 5. For a personal exhibition, there must be at least 10 and at most 15 artworks. They must pay the participation fee to the account number sent with the ‘LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE’ by the application deadline.

Article 6. A Certificate of Participation will be given to each participating artist and the Exhibition will be published as an E-catalogue with ISBN by the KutBilim Research, Culture and Solidarity Association publishing.
